Teaching Sexual Health - OPL Facilitated Course
(2-3 weeks, 1-2 hrs/week)
This CBE-only course consists of three weeks (there will be one offering that is two weeks) of access to the online content. It should take around 4 hours to work through the content and you have the flexibility to work at your own pace in an online shell through the Calgary Board of Education's distributed learning tool, D2L. The option of a face-to-face meeting near the end of the course will be discussed and may be arranged, depending on the needs of the participants. There may also be one scheduled webinar (30 minutes to one hour in duration, optional participation) to allow participants to directly interact with the instructors and one another.
This course is offered in conjunction with practitioners from the Calgary Health Region and is only available to CBE teachers.
